I have several years of negotiating experience and have proven my clients that I can sell their home for top dollars through strategic planning.

 

My background in business administrative and accounting has proven to be a huge benefit to my clients. Learning to be organized and analytic is crucial in every business, particularly in Real Estate.

 

I am continuously taking courses through the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board to stay on top of all the latest laws and regulations that govern a real estate transaction.

 

I am very proud member of the Abbotsford Chamber of Commerce and am always learning new bylaws that can affect the use and value of your property. This is a huge benefit to all my clients particularly builders and investors.

 

I participate in many networking functions and have made many contacts as a result. I know the greater my community presence, the greater the expose to your property through my many contacts.

 

I am actively involved in the community and enjoy sponsoring events. I have a young child and I know that spending time with your children and participating in their events is what really keeps you going outside of your everyday schedule.
